Rosh Hashanah Reimagined

On the Edge
Rabbi Ken Spiro · 76
Historian and author Rabbi Ken Spiro explains the incongruous events involving Israel and the Jews today based upon Jewish history and how they coincide with prophecies from the Bible and Talmud. Rabbi Spiro spoke at Chabad of the Rivertowns on November 13, 2024.
You haven't Heard This
Rabbi Yechiel Krisch
Can a rational person believe in the literal truth of the Torah without a "slam dunk" proof? In this lecture, Rabbi Yechiel Krisch explores the intersection of scientific methodology and Judaism. Using the concept of "Consilience of Evidence," he demonstrates how a scientist moves beyond looking for a single "smoking gun" to collecting a preponderance of evidence that all points toward a singular truth: the veracity of God and the Torah. From the complex "Argument from Design" to the "Argument from Prophecy," this session takes you on an intellectual adventure through Jewish history.
